摘 要:通过测定试样的电化学极化曲线研究了银离子注入2Cr13Ni2不锈钢后的耐蚀性能。采用AES测定了试样注入层中各元素含量沿深度方向的变化规律。研究结果表明:银离子注入2Cr13Ni2不锈钢后,其耐蚀性能与注入前相近。在一定范围内,随注入剂量的增大,不锈钢的耐蚀性能逐步改善。当2×10^17~4×10^17ions/cm^2剂量的银离子注入不锈钢后。其耐蚀性能优于未注入银离子的不锈钢。不锈钢表面及注入层内铬含量的降低是大剂量银离子注入后造成不锈钢耐蚀性能下降的主要原因。The corrosion resistant property of 2Cr13Ni2 stainless steel implanted by Ag ions has been investigated by testing electrochemical polarization curves. Ag ion implantation layer was characterized by AES,and the distribution of some elements in surface and along depth was analyzed. The results show that Ag ion implanted stainless steel samples have good corrosion resistant properties,which can meet the demand for usage. In a certain range of Ag ion implantation dose,the corrosion resistant property of stainless steel can be improved with the increasing implantation dose. When it was implanted with Ag ion dose between 2×10^17~4×10^17ions/cm^2, the sample has better corrosion resistant property than the no Ag ion implantation sample. The fall of Cr content in the surface and the implantation layer is the main factor that makes the corrosion resistant property of stainless steel bad.
