高校图书馆人本管理中工会组织的潜能与作用

摘　　要：随着信息与知识传播手段的不断创新,读者信息需求的多层次、多元化与高校图书馆服务的信息化,读者对高素质的图书馆员依赖会越来越大,图书馆员的作用和价值将会日益凸显。而要建设一支与时俱进、具有较高综合素质、创新意识、科研能力与竞争能力的高校图书馆人才队伍,就必须强化和实施对图书馆员的人本管理。而工会组织在高校图书馆的人本管理中也是一个不容忽视的重要因素,它的潜能与作用在人本管理中有着极其重要的影响力。本文以南开大学图书馆工会工作实践,论述了工会组织在高校图书馆实施人本管理中的潜能与独特作用。：With unceasing innovation of information and knowledge dissemination, readers will rely more and more on high - quality librarians. We must strengthen and carry out people - oriented management in order to set up a working staff with high quality, sense of innovation, ability of scientific research and competition. Trade union is an important factor in university library people -oriented management. Based on the trade union practice of Nankai University,the article discusses potential and function of trade union in university library people -oriented management.
