摘  要:国电电力大同发电有限责任公司的空冷机组在-20℃左右,首次实现了汽轮机历时16h的冷态启动。文章介绍了启动过程,分析了高中压联合启动中存在的问题,要求汽轮机数字电液调节系统(DEH)、旁路系统以及空冷凝汽器(ACC)三者的控制要匹配。启动中应预防空冷凝汽器管束内部大量结冰冻堵,文章对冷态启动中出现的问题进行了分析,如汽轮机维持额定转速时出现转速上升、采用功率闭环控制在33%综合阀位附近出现负荷晃动、优化汽轮机背压控制程序等。The direct air cooling unit in Guodian Power Datong Power Generation corporation Ltd. realized lasting 16 h,cold state start-up of steam turbine at about - 20℃ for the first time.The paper briefs the starting-up process,analyzes the problems existing in the united start-up of high-medium pressure cylinders,requires that the digital electronic hydranlic(DEH)system, bypass system and air cooling condenser (ACC) of steam turbine must match each other.During start-up,it is necessary to prevent large amount fi-eezing-plugging in the tube bundles of air cooling condenser.The paper also analyzes the problems occurring during the cold state start-up, for example:speed rising-up occurring at the kept rated speed of steam turbine,load swinging occurring at about 33% comprehensive, valve position of power closed-loop control,and to optimize the back pressure control procedures of steam turbine etc.
