摘　　要：炉内高温锅炉管失效是造成机组非计划停机的主要原因,珠江电厂1号锅炉采用锅炉管寿命管理系统,对高温炉管进行状态在线监测及评估、设备信息管理、运行历史查询和超温统计分析,从而优化了运行和指导检修,显著提高了设备的可用性和经济性,对电厂高温炉管推广实施状态检修起到了示范作用。The invalidity of high temperature boiler tubes in the furnace is the main cause for the unplanned outage of unit. No. 1 boiler ha Zhujiang Power Plant adopted the life span management system of boiler tubes to conduct the on-line state monitoring and assessment, equipment information management, operation history inquiries and overheating statistics analysis etc. of high temperature boiler tubes, so as to optimize operation and guide repair, with the availab＇dity and economics of equipment remarkably raised. The application of this technology will play the demonstration role ha spreading the condition-based repair of high temperature boiler tubes in the power plants.
