摘　　要：农村金融理财技能人才需要通过就业来实现其职业能力,本文探析了农村金融理财技能人才的就业途径,并对其职业能力标准和职业资格鉴定和认证进行了研究。Rrural financial management needs of skilled personnel to achieve their employment through vocational ability, the paper of the rural financial management skilis of the personnel employment, and professional standards and professional accreditation and certification were studied.
