摘 要:通过分析青岛市胶州湾娄山河口海域制碱碱渣的存在现状及影响,提出三种污染治理方案,经比较后建议选择将碱渣运至胶州湾新产业区回填造地的方案.结合碱渣土的室内外试验成果,论述了回填造地方案的施工方法和工期,分析了回填场区地基持力层的承载力,并比较了工程造价.研究表明,回填造地方案无论在技术上还是经济上都是可行的,环境效益更是明显.研究成果可为青岛市污染治理、环境规划与管理、胶州湾新产业区建设提供科学依据.Through analyzing current situation and influence of soda residue adjacent sea area of Loushanhe Estuary in Jiaozhou Bay, Qingdao city, three schemes of pollution abatement are proposed. Compared with other plans, it's recommended that soda residue should be backfilled to new Jiaozhao Bay industrial district. Combining with the earlier experimental result of soda residue soil, the backfilling construction method and schedule are planned in detail. The bearing stratum capacity of reclaimed soil in backfilling area is checked. The project cost of each scheme is compared and analyzed. The result indicates that backfilling for land is feasible both in economy and technology and even more obvious in environmental henefit. This paper provides scientific support for pollution abatement, environmental planning and management in Qingdao and new Jiaozhou Bay industrial district construction.
