摘　　要：针对包钢选矿厂外购矿再磨再选工艺生产实际,简要分析该工艺生产现状,通过考察找出再磨铁精矿品位低的主要原因是入选粒度粗、单体解离度低,提出改进方案和进一步提高铁精矿品位的技术途径,为选矿厂提高指标提供了可靠的依据。Based on the re - grinding and re - processing technology of the Ore - dressing Plant of Baotou Steel Corp., the paper analyses the re - grinding and re- processing production. Through the investigation, the causes that the iron grade is low are because the particle size is thick and the liberation rate of iron mineral is low, Then it puts forward the technical scheme to enhance the iron grade further and provides the reliable basis to improve its metallurgical performance of the concentrate.
