包钢6^#高炉铁口冷却壁修复技术

摘　　要：包钢6^#高炉采用软水密闭循环冷却形式。由于冷却壁铸造质量存在缺陷，高炉投产前的打压查漏过程中，认定2^#号铁口冷却壁第160^#管和4段冷却壁第85^#管坏；通过对这两根冷却管进行修复处理，取得较好的效果。No. 6 blast furnace of Baotou Steel is used airtight soft water to circularly cool. Because there were foundry drawbacks in the cooling wall,before the blast furnace was put into production,it was firmly believed that No. 160 pipe in the cooling wall of No. 2 tap and No. 85 pipe in the No.4 sector of the cooling wall had leaked by pressuring and checking leak. After renovating these two pipes, it has got good result.
