摘　　要：文章以方坯连铸机的建设为背景,介绍了基于目标温度的二冷水动态控制系统的开发和应用。文章还着重介绍了铸坯目标温度的确定、动态模型的开发、二冷水量的确定等。方坯连铸机通过采用二冷动态配水技术,铸坯的内部质量得到了明显改善。This article introduces the development and application of the dynamic control system in secondary cooling zone of the bloom caster. It also particularly introduces the determination of strand surface target temperature, the development of dynamic model, the determination of secondary cooling spray water by computer. After the technology was used on the bloom caster, the inner quality of the strand was improved obviously.
