摘　　要：目的论述时间意识对老年人情绪体调节和社会适应的制约影响,并对其理论意义进行评价。方法利用互联网在国外大学图书馆检索、下载1995年01月-2007年12月的相关文献;从生活目标、社会交往、环境顺应、信息加工等方面,对老年人的时间意识与情绪调节的关系的研究进行整理、归纳和综述。结论衰老所导致的时间有限意识,使老年人看待和对待社会的方式发生相应的适应性变化。他们通过将生活重心转向情感生活,主动地建构和发展一系列可以带来情感收益的社会适应方式和能力,抵御和代偿衰老带来的不利影响。Objective To described the restriction function of the time estimation on the elderly emotional regulation and social adaptation, and also discussed its theoretical significance. Methods Searched for the material from library of foreign university through internet, downloaded the correlated literature from 1995 to 2006; based on questions of the live aim, social intercourse, acclimatize and information-processing, overviewed the time awareness and emotional regulation in old age. Conclusion The estimation of limitations on time elicited by aging leads to relevant adaptive shifts in the way that the elderly look on and treat the society, who actively construct and develop a series of social adaptive ways and competences which can bring optimization of affective payoff, and resist or compensate disadvantage influence derived from aping through turning their life gravitv to affeetive life.
