农村学校图书馆在新形势下的发展策略

摘　　要：面对建设新农村的重任,提出了农村学校图书馆的发展对策:领导重视是关键;广开财源,确保有效的经费支持;文献资源建设应与建设社会主义新农村的实际相适应;建设一支高素质的管理队伍;向社区开放,为农民、为农村服务;加强当地民间文化资源的系统发掘、整理保护;与县、乡、镇图书馆开展协作、协调工作,搞好农村文化建设;建立数字图书馆,向现代化迈进。In view of the important task of building new socialist villages, this paper proposes the following strategies of developing the school libraries in rural areas. That the leadership should attach great importance is the key; the financial resources should be broadened so as to ensure effective funding support; the construction of documentary resources should be in accommodation with the realities of building new socialist villages; a high-quality professional management personnel should be established; the libraries must be open to the communities and provide services for farmers and villages; the systematic cultivation, coordination and protection of folk cultural resources should be strengthened; the rural libraries need carry out cooperation and coordination with libraries at the city, county as well as township level so as to better promote the construction of rural culture ; and digital libraries should also be established to adapt to the needs of modernization.
