摘　　要：分析了影响深色细旦涤纶弹力织物色牢度的因素,如坯布定形温度、还原清洗条件、烘干温度、定形温度、分散染料和柔软剂类型,从中优化参数,并设计了一套能提高色牢度的合理工艺,即在两次还原清洗中增加一道轧水高温湿定工序,可大大提高弹力织物的色牢度,并降低成本。The factors affecting the color fastness of fine-denier polyester elastic fabric in deep shade were analyzed, such as setting temperature of gray cloth, reductive cleaning conditions, drying and setting temperature, disperse dyestuffs and softening agents. Among them, the suitable process was chosen, that is, additional squeezing and wet setting at high temperature so as to improve the color fastness of elastic fabric and reduce the cost.
