摘  要:介绍了冷轧堆染色的四种化验室打样方法,即室温堆置法、烘箱打卷堆置法、烘箱平铺法和微波炉法,在确定大车生产工艺后,优化了各种打样法的工艺条件,以提高符样率。结果显示,采用烘箱打卷法打样,其符样率较高,操作重现性好,更适于在生产中使用。如条件允许,采用烘箱打卷法打样后,再进行室温堆置法打中样,可进一步提高符样率。Four sampling methods of cold pad-batch dyeing in laboratory were introduced, such as batching-up at room temper- ature, batching at oven, spreading at oven, and microwave oven. The processing condition of various sampling methods was optimized so as to improve the coincidence rate. The results showed that the method of batching at oven was suitable for pro- duction, featured higher coincidence rate and better reproducibility, or mid-sampling with the method of batching-up at room temperature could further increase the coincidence rate.
