摘  要:初步探讨了电磁屏蔽材料的吸波机理基础,介绍了一种高效、宽频电磁屏蔽织物的生产方法,即先采用化学镀铜和电镀镍,制备了电磁屏蔽导电织物,再在其表面生成一层纳米镍层,最后涂覆一层含铁氧体的树脂。结果表明,纳米镍层和铁氧体树脂涂层进一步提高了织物的电磁屏蔽效果,最高可超过100dB。Mechanism of electromagnetic wave absorption by electromagnetic shielding textiles was investigated in this paper, also a production method of high-effect and broadband electromagnetic shielding textile was introduced. First, electromagnetic shielding conductive textile was made by using electroless copper plating and nickel electroplating. Then, a nano nickel layer was generation on the surface of the conductive textile. At last, it was coated a resin with ferrite. It was showed that nano nickel layer and ferrite can further improve the ability of electromagnetic shielding, and the highest shielding effect can over 100 dB.
