摘　　要：介绍了酸性皂洗剂RC-425A的特性和使用方法,并与活性染色后的传统皂洗工艺进行对比。结果表明,酸性皂洗剂RC-425A应用于全棉斜纹织物和全棉毛巾活性染色后的皂洗,效果与传统皂洗工艺相当,且可节约时间30～40min,减少用水量,降低成本,提高生产效率。The characteristics of acid soaping agent RC-425A and its usage in reactive dyeing were introduced, the comparison between RC-425A and traditional soaping process was carried out. The result showed that the effect of cotton twills and cotton towels treated by acid soaping agent RC-425A after reactive dyeing was similar to that of traditional one. The process saved 30 -40 min, and featured less water and cost, higher productive efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
