摘　　要：在介绍弹力丝机工艺要求和工作原理的基础上,系统利用ABB ACS800系列变频器,实现与PLC的通讯,组成弹力丝机电气控制系统,完成弹力丝机的各种控制功能。通过对控制系统的结构、通讯协议和变频器功能实现的相关参数设置等环节的详细分析与设计,较理想地实现了弹力丝机电气控制,在实际应用中获得了良好的控制效果。In the introduction tension silk machine technological requirement and in the principle of work foundation, the system used the ABB ACS800 series converters, realized converters and the PLC communication, composed tension silk machine electricity control system, completed the tension silk machine each kind of control function. Through the analysis and design of the control system structure, communication agreement and converter function realization related parameter setting and so on, realized tension silk machine electricity control,it has obtained the good control effect in the practical application.
