摘 要:采用发芽率测定、幼苗培养和水培试验相结合的方法,对不同甜菜种质分别在芽期和幼苗期进行发芽率、发芽势、盐害系数及株高、叶面积、干鲜重等指标进行研究。结果表明,随着盐浓度的增加,甜菜发芽率总体呈下降趋势,1.0%盐浓度为甜菜种子发芽的临界浓度,1.8%盐浓度为极限浓度;随着盐浓度的增加,甜菜幼苗的各项指标均表现为较为一致的下降趋势;筛选出耐盐性较强的材料2个。Some indexes, such germination rate, germination energy, salt damage coefficient, plant height, leaf area and plant weight of different sugarbeet germplasms were tested by the methods of germination determination, seedling cultivation and solution culture during bud and seedling stages. The results showed that germination rate of sugarbeet seed was decreased as the increase of salt concentration. The critical salt concentration of the sugarbeet seed germination was 1.0%, and the limit salt concentration was 1.8%. All indexes predicted that the germination was decreased with the increase of salt concentration. The two materials with salt tolerance were screened.
