摘 要:分别考察了不同浓度的乙醇水溶液、浸取温度、浸出时间和料液比的操作工艺条件对棉籽糖浸取率的影响。结果表明,低浓度的乙醇水溶液、较高的温度、较长的浸出时间、较大的料液比有利于棉籽糖的浸出。较佳的操作条件为:乙醇溶液浓度为80%,提取温度为55℃,浸出时间为2.5h,提取料液比为1:12(W/V),棉籽糖的浸出率可达90%以上。Raffinose is soluble in water, acetone, ethanol-water solution and other polar soutions. Protein of cottonseed meal is also dissolved. Therefore, ethanol-water solution was chosen as a solvent to leach raffinose of cot- tonseed meal. The leaching rate of raffmose were investigated under different ethanol concentrations in ethanol-water solution,leaching temperature,extraction time and cottonseed-meal/ sovent ratio. The results showed that lower concentrations of ethanol-water, higher temperature, longer time, larger cottonseed-meal/solvent ratio comduce to increasing raffinose leaching yield. Better operating conditions was ethanol concentration of 80%, temperature of 55 ℃ extraction, time of 2.5h extraction, solid-liquid ratio of 1:12. The extraction rate of raffinose was to 90%.
