摘 要:亚麻的染色性差和色牢度低一直是制约开发高档亚麻织物产品的主要因素。研究表明通过接枝共聚阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PDA)能够明显改善亚麻的染色性和色牢度。采用水溶液聚合方法合成PDA,将PDA与NaOCl进行氯胺化反应,经Hofmann重排使部分酰胺基转变为活泼的异氰酸酯基团,与亚麻纤维素大分子上的-OH基反应,在亚麻纤维素的大分子接枝上阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(PDA)。采用正交实验的方法研究聚合体系温度、反应时间、PDA浓度对共聚物接枝率的影响,通过染色实验考查改性后亚麻织物的染色性能。The poor dyeability and low color fastness of flax have been always a main factor restricting developing high quality flax textiles. This study showed that the dyeabilty and colour fastness of flax could be improved great by grafting cationic polyacralamide (PDA). PDA was synthesized through aqueous solution polymerization pro- cess. Then PDA reacted with NaOCI, and partial acrylamide groups were turned into reactive isocyanic ester groups through Hofmarm rearrangement reaction, and then isocyanic ester groups reacted with the hydroxyl groups on flax cellulous macromolecular chain,thus the cationic polyacrylamide (PDA)was grafted into the flax cellulous macro- molecular chain. The effects of polymerization system temperature,time,and polyacrylamide concentration on grafting ratio were studied by means of orthogonal experiments. The dyeing property of the modified flax textiles was also determined by dyeing experiment.
