摘 要:当前,多数医学图像属于灰度图像,其对人眼的视觉效果不如彩色图像。为了提高图像的分辨率,根据人眼的视觉特点,采用灰度级——彩色变换方法,结合基于流域法的医学图像分割,实现灰度图像变为伪彩色图像。这里将流域分割技术与图像伪彩色处理技术结合应用在医学图像中,实验结果表明了该图像增强方法的有效性。该方法在图像的灰度范围变化时具有很好的适应性,并可突出显示出感兴趣的特定器官组织。Presently, most of the medical and industrial images are gray- scale images. However, human vision is less sensitive to difference between gray- scale pixels than that between color ones. In order to improve resolution of the images,according to characteristics of human vision, the method of gray- scale/color transform and the method of image segmentation based on the watershed algorithm are used to realize the aim of turning gray- scale images into color ones. In this paper,3D medical image color enhancement based on watershed algorithm is relized. The result of experiment shows the adaptability of this image enhancement method especially in the case of that the gray- scale range of images change, and this method is capable of showing the tissues or organs evidently.
