摘 要:采用一次水热合成法,制得ZSM-5分子筛膜,用XRD和扫描电镜对膜的物理及化学结构进行了分析表征。所制得的膜用于正己烷中硫醇的脱除,研究了不同膜通量、负载离子浓度和料液温度对膜性能的影响。结果表明:渗透通量大,对硫醇的脱除不利;铜离子的引入大大提高了分子筛膜管的截留性能,但负载铜离子过高会降低模拟汽油的通量;操作温度升高,渗透通量增加,膜对硫醇的脱除率下降。Membranes of ZSM-5 zeolite were obtained by one step in situ hydrothermal synthesis. XRD and SEM micrographs were used to characterize these membranes. The membranes were used for the separation of ethanethiol from n-hexane. It was shown from the result that: the desulfurizing effect decreased with increasing permeation rate; and the rejection performance was enhanced after the membranes were loaded with Cu^2+. However, high concentration of Cu^2+ decreased the permeation rate. It was also found that at a higher operation temperature, the permeation rate increased while the desulfurizing effect decreased.
