摘　　要：某发电厂部分建筑物规划建设在行洪河道上,应作防洪影响评价。防洪影响具有双向性:一是分析河道行洪对建筑物的影响,为建设项目的设计提供基础资料,以确保其安全可靠运行;二是评价建筑物对河道防洪的影响,为水行政主管部门的审批提供技术依据。Part of one power plant＇s buildings is programmed in flood-discharging river, so flood defense influence evaluation is required. The evaluation has bidirectional content. On the one hand, it analyzes the influence of flood discharge to buildings, in order to offer basic data for project＇s design. On the other hand, it appraises buildings＇ influence to flood defense of the river, to offer technical gist for the examination and authorization of administrative department
