摘　　要：在高校的各类量化考核体系中,科技工作量考核体系占有重要的地位,也是科技管理者研究的重要课题。因此,构建一个较为客观、合理的考核体系,以充分调动教职工从事科技工作的积极性。The assess system of science and technology workload covers an important position among series of the assess systems in higher learning institutions, which is also an important topic for the administrators of science and technology. Therefore, to set up a more objective and more rational assess system can sufficiently maneuver the enthusiasm of the teaching staff to engage themselves into the work of science and technology.
