摘　　要：自1985年国务院批准气象有偿服务以来,"气象经济"已走过了二十余年的历程。但迄今为止,我国气象经济的发展仍然处于"蹒跚学步"阶段,在发展我国气象经济的一些基本问题上我们仍是含糊不清。而随着中国经济的对外接轨,国内商业气象服务市场已经有序地开放,国外同行正虎视眈眈。目前需要的是慧眼和决心!The State Council has authorized the meteorological compensated service since 1985, and＂ the meteorological economy＂ has passed through 20 remaining years of life courses. But, meteorology economy＇s development is still in ＂toddle＂ stage, and＇some basic questions have not got clear auswers. Along with the Chinese economy＇s foreign trail connection, the internal meteorological service market has been opening to the outside world. At present what needed is our mental perception and the determination!
