摘　　要：目的建立舒胸滴丸中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定舒胸滴丸中人参皂苷Rg1的含量，色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱，流动相为乙腈-水（22：78），流速为1mL／min，检测波长为203nm。结果人参皂苷Rg1的浓度在33．1-220．4μg／mL内线性关系良好（r=0．9991），平均回收率（n=6）为97．2％，相对标准偏差（relative standard deviation，简称RDS）为1．3％。结论高效液相色谱法快速、可靠、准确，重复性好，可用于舒胸滴丸中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Shuxiong dropping pills. Method The content of ginsenoside Rg1 in Shuxiong dropping pills was determined on Kromasil C18 column by HPLC. The mobile phrase was acetonitrile-water （22 ： 78）. The flow rate was 1 mL/min with UV detection wave-length at 203 nm. Results A good linear for ginsenoside Rg1 was in the range of 33.1-220.4 μg/mL（r=0. 9991）. The average recovery（n=6） was 97.2% ,RSD=1. 3%. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be used for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Shuxiong dropping pills.
