摘　　要：[目的]总结呼吸衰竭病人围气管插管期的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析32例呼吸衰竭病人行经口腔气管插管接呼吸机进行辅助通气的临床资料。[结果]本组27例明显改善,好转出院,5例死亡。[结论]加强围气管插管期护理是机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭的重要保障。Objective： To summarize nursing measures for respiratory failure patients in perioperative trachea intubation period. Methods： Clinical data of 32 respiratory failure patients undergoing trachea intubation connecting with ventilator per mouth have been analyzed retrospectively. Results： Respiratory function of 27 cases had improved and discharged. Five cases died. Conclusion： To strengthen perioperative nursing care of respiratory failure patients accepting trachea intubation is very important for their mechanical ventilation treatment.
