摘　　要：介绍了荧光探针定量测定生物大分子的基本原理、测定方法及新型荧光探针技术在生物大分子研究中的一些新进展.This paper introduces ultimatum for ration determination of biological big molecule by using fluorescence reagent, determines measures and new prospect of new type fluorescence probe technique in studying big biological molecule.
