摘 要:为拓展SiO2气凝胶的应用范围,克服SiO2气凝胶微球制备技术中的不足,采用搅拌成球工艺以水玻璃为硅源在单一油相中制备了直径为2~1500μm的SiO2气凝胶微球,并研究了制备工艺条件对其粒径大小及均匀性的影响。研究结果表明,各个工艺条件之间互相关联和影响,成胶时间起着关键作用。当成胶时间适中或较长时,工艺条件中只有搅拌速度对粒径大小影响显著,同时所有工艺条件都对粒径的均匀性无明显影响;而成胶时间较短时,任一工艺条件的改变都会使粒径大小及均匀性发生变化。In order to improve the application scope and efficiency of silica aerogel and overcome the shortage in preparation techniques of silica aerogel microspheres, silica aerogel microspheres whose diameter is 2~1500μm are obtained from water glass by using the stirring technology in a single oil phase, and the effects of preparing conditions on the particle size and the uniformity of them are investigated. The results show that the preparing conditions are interre- lated and the gelling time plays a critical role. Only the stirring speed in preparing conditions has a significant influence on the particle size and all preparing conditions have no obvious effects on the uniformity when the gelling time is moderate or longer. However, the particle size and the uniformity are affected by all preparing conditions when the gelling time is shorter.
