摘  要:目的探讨生物膜修复猫颅内段动眼神经横断性损伤的疗效。方法11只成年家猫,将其右侧动眼神经于颅内横断后,采用生物膜包裹两断端修复,其中1只不修复为空白对照,左侧作自身对照。术后观察其瞳孔变化,14周时观察再生纤维的形态学变化。结果神经修复后14周,7只动物其动眼神经功能均有一定程度的恢复。实验例再生纤维的直径为(4.56±1.12)μm,较正常纤维小(P<0.01)。通过吻合口的再生神经纤维数目9640±678,与正常例之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论生物膜包裹法能有效地修复颅内脑神经横断性损伤。Objective To investigate the regeneration effect of biomembrane repair on the intraeranial oculomotor nerve injured in cats. Methods 11 adult cats were included in the experiments. In 10 cats, the cistern segment of the right oculomotor nerve was sharply transected and repaired by biomembrane which was used for wrapping the two cat ends. Results 14 weeks after the repair surgery, in 7 cats the oculomotor nerve functions improved in different extent. The mean diameter of regenerated myelinated axons in experimental cases was (4.56 ±1. 12) μm, smaller than the nomal one ( P 〈0.01). The number of regenerated nerve axons via anastomitic stoma was 9640±678 , no statistic significance ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Biomembrane can be used effectively for the repair of intracranial oculomotor nerve transversely injured in cats.
