皮肤粘合剂爱必肤在耳鼻喉科急诊外伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤粘合剂爱必肤在耳鼻咽喉科急诊外伤中的应用方法及临床效果。方法将皮肤粘合剂爱必肤应用于鼻面部新鲜伤口共80例,其中50例较深伤口先经皮下5-0号可吸收缝线缝合皮下肌层,浅筋膜层对合皮肤后用爱必肤粘合伤口;30例较表浅伤口直接皮肤胶水粘合,观察创口愈合情况,随访30 d。结果79例患者,创口一期愈合,创口对合整齐,瘢痕增生不明显。1例患者因瘢痕体质,术后2周出现瘢痕增生明显。结论皮肤粘合剂爱必肤是一种理想的皮肤粘合剂,可应用于鼻面部外伤较整齐干洁的伤口及手术切口,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the method and effect of the skin adhesive- EPIGLU in the emergency treatment for otolaryngological trauma. Methods Skin adhesive- EPIGLU was applied to the nasofacial wounds of 80 cases. For 50 eases with deep wounds, the soft tissue was sutured with 5-0 absorbable suture before the application of EPIGLU. EPIGLU was applied to directly eonglutinate the wounds in 30 cases with superficial wounds without suture. All the patients were followed up for 30 days and the concrescence of wounds was observed. Results Seventy-nine cases healed without any sequelae such as needle holes and scar formation. One case got keloid due to scar habitus two weeks after treatment. Conclusion Due to reliability and effectiveness in the emergency treatment for otolaryngological trauma, the use of tissue adhesive- EPIGLU is worthy of being popularized.
