摘 要:目的:探讨运动与饮食干预对肥胖女性减肥效果的健康体适能评价。方法:对38名平均年龄为20.13岁、自愿参加减肥训练的肥胖女性进行为期6周的有氧运动、抗阻力肌耐力练习和柔韧练习,饮食安排从第1周提供2000kcal/日的热量依次逐周递减到第6周提供1200kcal/日热量。减肥全程统一食、住和训练。实验中于每周1和最后1周周末上午进行体适能检测,包括台阶指数、体脂百分比(F%)、1分钟仰卧起坐、坐位体前屈、体重、腰围和Hb。结果:实验结束时受试对象台阶指数(80.89)达到良好水平,F%(27.34%)下降达正常范围;实验过程中体重下降先快后慢;1分钟仰卧起坐次数第3周后明显增加;坐位体前屈第5周明显增加;腰围与体重和F%的变化基本一致;整个减肥期Hb有下降趋势,但无显著性差异。结论:(1)运动与饮食干预减肥6周后,心肺耐力、肌耐力和柔韧度明显提高,F%、体重和腰围明显下降。(2)腰围、体重和F%三者结合是评价身体脂肪量变化的有效指标。(3)运动与饮食干预措施的定量化和减肥期的医务监督是减肥的健康和减肥效果的保证。Objective To study the effect of intervention of exercise and diet on the physical fitness of obese women during weight reduction. Methods Six-week aerobics exercise, anti-resistance muscule training and flexibility exercises were carried out in 38 voluntary weight-reduction women, averagely aged 20. 13yr. Their intake calorie was 2000kcal/day in the first week and gradually decreased to 1200kcal/day in the sixth week. Their meal and lodging were unified during the weight-reduction process. Step test index, percentage of body fat (F%), number of 1-min sit-up and sit-and-reach, body weight, waistline, and Hb were measured on every Monday and at the end of the last week. Results At the end of the study, step test index reached to 80.89, F% decreased to normal range (27.34%); body weight decreased faster in the early days and slower subsequently. One-minutesit-up significantly improved from the third week; sit-and-reach improved significantly from the fifth week. Waistline index changed congruously with body weight and body fat; Hb tended to reduce. Conclusion After 6- week exercise and diet intervention, cardiopulmonary function, muscle endurance and flexility improved obviously; obesity almost disappeared. Quantification of exercise and diet intervention, and medical supervision could guarantee the effectiveness of weight reduction.
