摘　　要：以苏北泗阳县为样本,对随机抽取的202户农户进行了问卷调查,在系统分析农户的信贷需求特征和全面考察江苏省苏北农村金融服务和农村金融制度现状的基础上,阐释了现阶段苏北农村金融制度与农村金融需求不匹配的现象和原因,为探索构建适合江苏省的能够满足农村金融现实需求的科学合理的农村金融服务供给体系提供参考。Based on the questionaire conducted on 202 farmers randomly selected in Siyang County of Northern Jiangsu, the credit demand characteristics of farmers and current status of financial system and supply in rural area were systemically investigated and analyzed, and the cause of the mismatch of financial demand and supply in Northern Jiangsu was interpreted, which offered a reference to build a financial supply system meeting the actual demand in Northern Jiangsu rural area.
