冷冻干燥法制备莪术油脂质体

摘　　要：采用叔丁醇-水共溶剂、冷冻干燥法制备莪术油脂质体,用单因素试验优化处方,并进行体外释放试验。结果表明,莪术油脂质体呈球形,包封率为(92.2±3.4)%,平均粒径为(457.3±7.8)nm,ζ电位为-23.6mV,体外48h累积释放率为94.1%。The single factor test was used to optimize the formulation of zedoary turmeric oil liposomes prepared by freeze drying method with tertiary butyl alcohol-water cosolvent system. The in vitro release of the products was investigated. The results showed that the liposomes were spherical with mean diameter of （457.3±7.8）nm and entrapment efficiency of （92.2±3.4） %. The ζ potential was -23.6mV and the 48h accumulative release was 94.1%.
