摘  要:在液压泵性能测试过程中,保证液压泵转速稳定是准确获取泵性能参数的关键,由于泵驱动机构的复杂性及泵加载过程的非线性与不确定因素的影响,要保证转速的恒定在控制实现上一直是难题。针对泵转速恒定的问题,结合工程实践经验,就相关技术问题进行了探讨,认为驱动部分采用变频调速技术,控制策略采用改进转差频率速度矢量控制,即在控制信号中增加负载角的变化律,可实现泵的速度恒定调节和无级变速。试验结果显示:转速模拟系统具有较好的鲁棒性和快速性,性能达到了设计要求,证明方案是可行和有效的。A hydraulic pump is the core components which used in hydraulic transmission and control system. In order to develop the hydraulic pump with high performance, using frequency control of general motors to drive the hydraulic pump is the most economic and practical way. The structure consist of variable voltage and variable frequency motor, frequency converter and motor asynchronous gearbox was presented to drive hydraulic pumps. To use frequency-changing speed-adjusting technology in the drive system, to use slip frequency and speed vector control as the control strategy, the constant speed regulating and stepless variable speed of the pump weas realized. The test result shows that the designed system has good performances of system response and stability, resonance suppression and anti-jamming, which proves the presented method is feasible.
