摘  要:分析了设备远程故障诊断的通信模式和协同诊断现状,提出了一种基于对等网络P2P的设备远程故障诊断模式,建立了网络结构及安全机制,构建了多Agent协同故障诊断模型及XML信息交互规范;探讨了多Agent之间协同诊断求解的几个重要问题,包括诊断集成支持模型、任务分配方法及求解规则。在网络化制造平台中进行了应用,验证了其有效性。The communication mode and cooperation diagnosis situation of the equipment remote fault diagnosis in networked manufacturing were analyzed. The equipment remote fault diagnosis mode based on peer-to-peer (P2P) was proposed. The net structure and communication security were established. The cooperation fault diagnosis model based on multi-agent and the information exchange pattern based on XML were constructed. The fault diagnosis integration support model, the assigning task method and the calculation algorithm in the cooperative calculation among agents were discussed. This system was proved to be effective through applications.
