摘　　要：高校期刊的建设水平从一定程度上反映了高校学术建设的现状。要走出高校期刊目前相对封闭性、市场竞争力较弱、反应机制相对滞后的困境,必须通过练好内功、树立品牌和创新意识,坚持以人立刊、系统定位、个性策划的原则,走可持续发展道路。The constructing level of the university journals reflects the academic constructing state of university academy in a certain sense. The journals should overcome their present relative closeness, their weakness in competition in the market and their difficult situation of lagging behind in response to the market. They should keep to people foremost in running journals, to the systematic positioning, to the principle with characteristic, and the way of continuous development through tempering themselves, establishing good brand and innovative consciousness.
