摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预在高血压护理中的作用;方法:对31例高血压患者进行心理干预,通过90项症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL290)评价患者的心理干预结果;结果:研究结果表明心理干预能够有效地改善患者的躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖等心理疾病,并能够在一定程度上降低患者的血压,辅助提高治疗疗效;结论:对高血压病患者进行心理干预治疗具有积极意义。Objective Investigating the action of the psychointervension for hypertensives. Methods Hypertensives received psychointervension.SCL-90 before and after the experiment were compared and evaluated. Results The research indicates that psychointervension can be effective in improving patients with somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety, depression, hostility, mental illness, terrorism and so on, and to a certain extent, reduce the patients＇ blood pressure, aids to improve the treatment efficacy. Conclusion It is an active effect to conduct psychointervension for hypertensives.
