摘  要:通过室内抑菌试验和温室盆栽试验,对枯草芽孢杆菌B6及其代谢产物对甜瓜枯萎病菌的抑菌活性和生防机理进行了研究。结果表明,B6代谢产物对甜瓜枯萎病菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长具有较强的抑制作用,代谢产物处理甜瓜后病情指数由37.65降低至11.29,甜瓜幼苗体内与抗性反应相关的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性有明显增加,表明B6代谢产物处理甜瓜根系过程中可能激发木质素、植保素等抗性物质的参与。经稳定性试验结果显示B6菌株产生的代谢物质具较强的热稳定性、对紫外线有较强的耐性、pH值在2~8时生物活性强。The biological control ability and mechanism of Bacillus s ubtilis B6 and its metabolite on Fusarium oxysporium infecting melon through lab trial and greenhouse trial were studied. The results showed that metabolite of strain B6 significantly inhibited the spore germination and myeelia growth of Fusarium oxysporium. Treatments with metabolite of strain B6 on melon reduced the disease index of melon fusarium wilt from 37.65 to 11.29. The activities of defense enzymes, such as phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL), peroxidase (POD), β-1,3-glucanase increased signifieantly, indicating that production of phytoalexin or lignin might be involved in the disease suppression during melon roots treated with metabolite of strain B6. The metabolite, whose biological activity was stronger when pH value was 2 to 8, was stable and had strong tolerance to ultraviolet radiation.
