双圆弧齿轮在双螺杆磨浆机传动系统中的应用

摘　　要：设计了一种新型双螺杆磨浆机传动系统的结构,提出了在双螺杆磨浆机传动系统中运用双圆弧齿轮的设计思路,设计并校核了双圆弧齿轮的具体参数。通过与渐开线齿轮相比较,结果表明这种设计方法是合理的。A new structure of the transmission system of BIVIS is designed, and the design idea of using the double circular tooth gear in transmission system of BtVIS is proposed. The clear parameters of the double circular tooth gear are designed and checked. Compared with the involute gear, the design is proved to be reasonable.
