三型浮动内齿轮流量计的流量特性研究

摘　　要：针对现有的容积式流量计不能用来测量高压液压系统动态流量的现状,设计了三型浮动内齿轮流量计,分析了该流量计的流量特性,指出该种流量计的流量脉动只有普通齿轮流量流量计的1/9,可测量液压系统高压动态流量,其基本测试原理是:先将被测液体的流量信号转换为转速信号,再通过齿轮转速传感器将转速信号变为电信号,最终确定被测系统的动态流量。该流量计具有测量范围大、精度高、可靠性好等优点。Aiming at the current capacity flowmeter can＇ t be used in high hydraulic pressure system to measure the dynamic flow, designed a new kind of internal gear flowmeter. The pulsation rate of flow meter was only 1/ 9 of general one. The flowmeter could be used to measure the dynamic flow in high hydraulic pressure system. The flow signal was converted into the rotational speed signal, and then the rotational speed signal was turned the electric signal that could be measured, and at last, the dynamic flow signal of the system could be got. The flowmeter has bigger applying scope, and the accuracy is high, the dependable is good
