摘  要:采用数值模拟方法研究了空气柱的产生、发展过程,探讨了旋流器结构参数及操作参数对空气柱直径的影响。结果表明,空气柱形成和发展过程中,存在萎缩、消失的现象;不同时刻旋流器不同高度处空气柱的形状和大小不同;空气柱的直径随旋流器的底流管直径、溢流管的直径、锥角、进口流速、进口压力的增大而增大,随液体黏度的增大而减小。The process of air- core generation and development in hydrocyclone was studied using numerical simulation method, and the effect of operating and structure parameters of hydrocyclone on air- core diameter was also investigated. The results indicate that during the period of air- core generation and development, air - core sometimes may shrink and disappear. At different moments, the shape and size of air- core are distinct at different height of hydrocyclone. Air- core diameter increases with increase of spigot and vortex finder diameter, cone angle, inlet velocity, inlet pressure, and it decreases with increasing viscosity of liquid.
