摘 要:阐述了新型变速变扭矩气动钻机的研制过程和思路,通过理论计算分析确定了气动马达的计算输出参数,并以此气动马达为基本动力源,结合现有气动钻机的结构和外形特点,使用手动变速齿轮的办法实现了变速变扭矩,得出了在变速的时候不改变输入的气量,使输入功率不发生变化,改变转速后,就改变了扭矩;设计了样品,以样品为研究对象,测试了变速变扭矩气动马达的外特性,其结果基本达到了设计要求。The research and development concept and process of a new variable speed and torque pneumatic drill are described. The output parameters of pneumatic mortor are determined through theoretical calculation. Variable speed and torque axe achieved by taking this mortor as a basic power source, considering shape and structure characteristics of existing pneumatic mortor, using manual change gear. It is found that air input needs not to be changed during speed change, which maintains the input power. It is discovered that torque changes with the change of rotate speed. The designed samples are studied for testing outer characteristics of pneumatic motor with variable speed and torque and the results basically meet design requirements.
