摘　　要：随着关税壁垒作用的日益减弱,技术性贸易壁垒作为一种更隐蔽、更难对付的贸易壁垒,在国际贸易中的影响越来越大,给发展中国家的对外贸易造成很大障碍,技术性壁垒严重地影响了我国的外贸出口额,我们应针对技术性壁垒的特点,采取合理的措施对其进行有效抵制。With an increasing reduction of the role of non - tariff barriers, technical barriers to trade, as a more subtle, more formidable barriers, take an important role in the international trade , and pose a considerable impediment to foreign trade of developing countries. Technical barriers to trade serionsly affect our country＇ s foreign trade export , so we should focus on the characteristics of technical barriers, and take reasonable measures for its effective boycott.
