摘　　要：应急法制建设是突发事件应急管理体系建设的重要内容,我国已经初步建立应急法制体系。《突发事件应对法》、各单行应急法律和应急预案的进一步完善仍是当前应急法制建设的重点。The construction of emergency law is the important content of emergency management system. Legal system construction on emergency has been initially established in our country. At present, the further improvement of methods dealing with emergencies, each specific emergency law and emergency beforehand case is still the emphasis of the construction of emergency law.
