摘 要:大豆花叶病毒(Soybean Mosaic Virus,SMV)是危害大豆的世界性病害之一,不同的大豆花叶病毒株系致病力不同,不同大豆品种对不同株系的抗病性反应也存在很大的差异。本试验对237份大豆种质资源,采用人工汁液摩擦法接种大豆花叶病毒东北3号株系和黄淮7号株系进行抗性鉴定。结果表明,3份材料对东北3号株系表现出高抗,5份材料对黄淮7号株系表现出高抗。高抗材料主要来自于河北、山东、北京。野生大豆品种中,4份材料对东北3号株系表现出高抗,2份材料对黄淮7号株系表现出高抗。高抗材料主要来自于山西、甘肃、河南。Soybean Mosaic Virus (SMV) is one of the most serious diseases in the world. Different SMV cuhivars show different pathogenicity, and resistance of th cuhivars show significant diversity. Total 237 soybean cuhivars were identified soybean production all over e soybean breeding to SMV for resistance to SMV by inoculation with SMV3 and SC7. The results showed that highly resistant to SC7, The resistant materials were mainly 4 materials were highly resistant to SMV3, 2 of them were mainly from Shanxi, Gansu, Henan and Hebei. 3 materials were highly resistant to SMV3, 5 were from Hebei, Shandong and Beijing.
