摘 要:为研究鹅对青贮玉米秸秆的利用效果,试验选用24月龄五龙鹅30只,随机分成5组,每组分为6个重复。各试验组日粮添加的青贮玉米秸秆比例依次为24.4%、34.6%、42.6%、49.1%、53.6%。采用全收粪法,测定N的沉积量、净蛋白利用率(NPU)、氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度和氨基酸(AA)消化率,同时检测粪便中微生物数量变化,以初步探讨日粮中不同青贮玉米秸秆比例对CP、AA代谢及肠道微生物菌群的影响。结果表明,在ME和CP等摄入量一致的条件下,随着秸秆添加比例的不断增加,N的沉积量、净蛋白利用率(NPU)显著升高(P<0.05);粪中各组氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度呈下降趋势;甘氨酸表观消化率偏低但组间差异极显著(P<0.01),其他氨基酸表观消化率(AAAD)均较高(77.30%~93.10%),组间差异显著(P<0.05)(丙氨酸和脯氨酸除外);青贮秸秆添加量在24.40%~49.10%时,肠道中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量均随秸杆添加水平的升高而增多,且第4组与其他各组间差异显著(P<0.05);大肠杆菌数量总体呈下降趋势。由此可见,鹅能较好地利用青贮玉米秸秆中的粗蛋白,同时青贮玉米秸秆对鹅肠道微生物菌群有一定改善作用。In order to explore the utilization effect of the corn straw silage in geese, 30 24-month-old Wulong geese were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, each for 6 repetitions. Corn straw silage was added to basic diets, the contents were 24.4%, 34.6%, 42.6%, 49.1%, 53.6%, respectivly. Anus fecal method was adopted to detect the digestibility of CP, AA, and find the effect on Wulong geese's protein and aminophenol digestibility and alimentary tract microbe fungus under the diets of different levels of corn straw silage. The results showed that under the condition of the same ME and CP intake, the differences of N aggradation and NPU were significant(P〈0.05) as the increasing of the straw's level; the concentration of NH3-N in each group was on descending trend; the apparent digestibility of Gly was on the low side (20.32%-58.61%) but there was very significant difference(P〈0.01 ), while that of others were relatively high (77.30%-93.10%) and in the significant difference (except Ala and PRO); the bacterium number of bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus intestinal went up as the increasing of the straw levels during 24.40%-49.10% (P〈0.05), and that of E. coli took on a descending trend. All the above showed that, the CP of corn straw silage could be utilized preferably by the geese, and the corn straw silage could improve the intestinal microbe flora of geese.
