论电子政务环境下隐私权的保护

摘　　要：随着信息时代的到来,电子政务这一全新的管理模式已被广泛采用。而电子政务对我们的隐私权却带来极大的威胁,传统隐私权保护模式已不能适应新的环境下隐私权保护的要求,我们必须建立适合电子政务环境下隐私权保护体系。With information epoch＇s coming, e-government that is a new administrative mode of govermment has been widely adopted. But e-government brings about a great threat to our right of privacy. The traditional protective mode of right of privacy already hasn＇t been adapted to the requriement of protection to right of privacy under a new environment, we must set up a protective system of right of privacy, to be in line with e-government environment.
