论党报舆论监督的破解之道

摘　　要：和谐社会构建和民主政治建设都需要舆论监督。舆论监督是党报的优势。可是,党报舆论监督职能目前却呈弱化趋势。由于党报舆论监督的地位和作用比较特殊,因此,要破解这道难题,首先各级党政领导应重视舆论监督,把党报舆论监督作为推进党政工作的重要手段;其次党报舆论监督要讲究技巧;再次报舆论监督要不断创新机制。Supervision of the public opinion is needed both in the construction of the harmonious society and the construetion of democracy. The superiority of the Party newspapers is the supervision of public opinion. However, there is a attenuated tendency in the surveillance function of the Party newspapers. Due to the particularity of the Party newspapers＇status and its function of the supervision of public opinion, all levels of Party and political authorities should value the supervision of public opinion and see it as an important way of promoting the work of the Party and govemment. It is also very important to focus on the skills of the supervision of the public opinion and persisting in innovation mechanism.
