摘　　要：促进思想政治理论课教师专业化发展,应从实际出发,充分认识思想政治理论课教师专业化的含义与素质要求,分析思想政治理论课教师专业化发展存在的主要问题,努力构建教师专业化发展的"学习+反思"模式和长效机制。The promotion of the development of ideological and political theory teachers＇ specialization should start from practice, fully understand the implieature and quality requirement for the teachers, analyze the major problems in their development, make an effort to construct the mode of long term mechanism of ＂learning-reflection＂ for their development.
