摘　　要：文摘:针对图书馆联盟知识转移与共享过程及其相关要素的特点,运用组织协调理论构建了图书馆联盟知识转移与共享双向三层组织协调模型,并对模型中要素层、要素关系层和战略层的协调机制分别进行探讨,为图书馆联盟进行知识转移与共享实践,提高其知识转移与共享效率提供一定理论参考。Aiming at the characteristics which the process and elements of Library alliance knowledge transferring and sharing have, a bidirectional-three-level model of organizational coordination is constructed with the theory of organizational coordination. Then coordinating mechanisms of all levels, ineluding the element level,the relation level and the strategy level, are further discussed respectively so that some theoretical references are given for Library Alliance to practice knowledge transferring and sharing, and to improve the efficiency of library knowledge transferring and sharing.
